  • Develop and implement new product test introduction and delivery plans
  • Analysing ATE test data during the engineering phase
  • Perform characterization data analysis and analyze small-batch data
  • Lead yield management efforts
  • Implement advanced analysis methods for test data
  • Oversee and manage relationships with test facilities

skills & experience required

  • Msc / Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering
  • Min 4 years of experience in ATE test within the semiconductor environment
  • Understanding of test principles, process principles, WAT testing principles, big data analysis
  • Proficient with software such as JMP, Minitab, Excel VBA
  • Faimilar with OSAT (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test) operations
