Job Title: Retail Sales Promoter

Join Sandbar Swimwear: Our swimwear is made from recycled plastic bottles and for every item sold we remove 1 KG of ocean plastic waste. We are the fastest growing swimwear company in Asia. We have expanded to 4 stores in only 2 years since inception and 15 stockists globally across luxury hotels and resorts... we plan to continue to grow further


Are you currently in Singapore, either local or PR, with retail shop or any fashion experience?


We are expanding and we are looking for a team of super sociable, chatty sales people with great customer service skills

As part of our further expansion plan we are hiring a Retail Sales Promoter who embodies our values of environmental responsibility and exceptional customer service, ready to lead grow with us to eventually lead a dynamic store team and drive our mission forward.


The Retail Sales Promoter would have an exciting career path and package that grows as Sandbar Swimwear does.


Responsibilities:

• Champion Our Mission: Embody Sandbar Swimwear's mission to pull 1m KGs of plastic from the ocean and relay our commitment to sustainability to all customers coming into the store.

• Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver outstanding service to all clients, helping them with sizing, fitting and giving them an unforgettable experience.

• Visual Merchandising Excellence: Maintain the highest standard of store presentation and visual merchandising.

• Sales and Service Leadership: Ensure an engaging customer experience, leading by example in sales services to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Upselling and ensuring customers are purchasing mutlple products in store.

• Brand Ambassadorship: Understanding to the core the brand story and be ale to take all customers through the journey.

• Store front: Uphold and enhance brand standards around cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation, fostering a culture of collaboration and inclusion.

• Sales Goals Alignment: Driven by individual sales goals. Demonstrate a clear understanding of sales goals and align team behaviors to achieve these objectives.

Qualifications:

• Must currently be in Singapore, Singapore resident, Citizen or PR

• Experience: 2+ years in retail shop sales. Some experience in womens/mens/kids wear or the environmental industry is a plus.

• Personality: High energy, confident and sociable

• Availability: 5 days a week from Monday to Sunday. Shift basis which we can change based on your availability.

• Skills: Proficient in customer engagement, basic merchandising, and visual skills.

• Communication: High level of interpersonal and communication skills.

• Autonomy: Ability to work with minimal supervision.

• Age and Language: Must be at least 16 years old and fluent in English. Mandarin speaking skills are a plus, as many of our cusomers are chinese speaking.
