Role and Responsibilities:

As a Phlebotomist at Mito Health, you will play a critical role in our clinic operations, ensuring a high standard of care and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:


1. Phlebotomy & Clinic Operations:

  • Perform professional and accurate blood draws for clients during morning shifts.
  • Ensure clinic operations run efficiently, adhering to high standards of care and precision.

2. Client Experience:

  • Deliver exceptional service, creating a positive experience for every client.
  • Manage client communications, including responding to inquiries and maintaining accurate records.

3. Administrative Duties:

  • Conduct operational and administrative tasks from home during the afternoon shift.
  • Use a company-issued laptop to complete work efficiently and maintain confidentiality.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a professional who is:

  • Experienced in Phlebotomy: Proven ability to perform blood draws with care and accuracy.
  • Client-Centric: Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding client service.
  • Self-Motivated: Capable of working independently and managing time effectively.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with home-based work and using digital tools for administrative tasks.
