Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic and data-driven Executive, Online Business to join our Food Atrium division. This role requires a strong sense of ownership, business acumen, and a passion for e-commerce. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking sales performance, optimizing digital menus, and executing innovative marketing strategies together with the managers to drive growth across virtual delivery platforms.


Job Description:


Sales Tracking & Reporting: Monitor sales across multiple online delivery platforms to generate performance reports, and provide insights to improve revenue and operational efficiency.


Menu Optimization: Regularly update and optimize digital menus on platforms to enhance discoverability, pricing, and visual appeal to maximize conversions.


Campaign & Budget Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, monitor budget utilization, and track ROI to ensure cost-effective promotions.


Consumer Insights & Engagement: Track consumer sentiments, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and satisfaction.


Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance) and external partners (platform account managers, trade partners) to ensure smooth campaign execution.


Creative Asset Management: Work with the creative/VM team to develop marketing collaterals, in-store displays, and promotional assets for new outlet openings and renovations.


Photo Editing & Content Support: Utilize Photoshop or other photo editing tools to enhance images for online listings, social media, and marketing materials.


Administrative & Ad Hoc Duties: Support daily operational needs, project coordination, and other tasks as required.



Job Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma in Public Relations / Marketing / Mass Communication or related discipline.
  • Work experience in the F&B/ FMCG industry is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Knowledge of emerging platforms (social media, video, content partnerships) and media mix.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Digital marketing knowledge (SEO, SEM, PPC) and photo editing software skills are advantageous.

Personal Attributes:

  • Detail-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) for liaising with Chinese counterparts.
  • Proactive, accountable, and results-focused.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
