  • Prepare monthly variance analysis reports to identify discrepancies and trends in capital expenditure and operating expenses.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and provide insights into budget variances.
  • Take a lead role in the monthly fixed asset capitalisation process, ensuring timely and accurate recording of capital expenditures.
  • Collaborate with the procurement and technology teams to validate and document fixed asset details.
  • Prepare quarterly forecasts for technology infrastructure services, considering market trends, project timelines, and other relevant factors.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather input and validate forecast assumptions.
  • Engage in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
  • Address procurement queries from technology teams promptly and provide necessary support.
