Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
  1. Inspect, maintain, and repair diving equipment, including helmets, compressors, regulators, and umbilicals.
    Conduct pre-dive and post-dive checks on all equipment.
    Assist in setting up and dismantling diving systems during operations.
    Provide technical support to divers during underwater activities.
    Ensure all equipment meets industry safety standards and certifications.
    Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and safety checks.
    Diagnose and resolve technical problems with diving systems promptly.
    Provide immediate support in emergency situations related to equipment malfunction.
    Stay updated on industry advancements and technologies in diving equipment.
    Train and guide junior team members on equipment handling and safety practices.
Qualifications:
  • Diploma or technical certification in mechanical, electrical, or marine engineering.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Diving Technician or in a similar technical role.
  • Familiarity with surface-supplied diving systems and saturation diving equipment.
  • IMCA-approved Diving Technician Certification (preferred).
  • Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training (BOSIET) or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of diving systems and equipment.
