Job Description:

  • Assist in the preparation, review, and administration of contracts, subcontracts, and agreements
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for construction projects
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers, site teams, and finance departments.
  • Monitor project costs, budget allocations, and cash flow forecasts.
  • Support the preparation and submission of progress claims, variations, and final accounts.
  • Identify potential contractual risks and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, contractual obligations, and company policies.
  • Prepare regular reports on contractual, commercial, and financial matters.
  • Maintain and update contract documentation and records.
  • Engage with stakeholders or Maincontractors for certification of claims, disputes or other contractual matters.
  • Lead the subordinate/team and give clear direction as and when required.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in contract management in government and/or private projects
