About the Client:

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the stakeholders to understand project requirements, define test. objectives, and create test plans and test cases.
  • Execute test cases, logging and analyzing of the results for each test case.
  • Identify, report and document defects from the testing to track for closure.
  • Continuously enhance testing processes, methodologies, and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in software testing.
  • Function as a key point of contact for escalation on system issues reported and perform second level investigation.
  • Handle enquiries, feedback, and abnormalities for continuous improvement post go-live of features.

Requirement:

  • A graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.

Top 3 mandatory skills

  • Experience with UAT, digital product management is a plus.
  • Attention to details.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Attention to detail, ability to follow test plans and scripts, and good management skills.
