Roles & Responsibilities

The Role:

  • Human Resource:
  1. Manage recruitment activities such as posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews and preparation of employment agreement.
  2. Responsible for new hires onboarding and offboarding of separation staff.
  3. Execute performance management process, administer benefits and compensation packages and insurance policy.
  4. Responsible for sourcing and implementation of training programs that meet staff developmental needs.
  5. Maintain accurate personnel records, ensuring compliance with HR policies and labour regulations.
  6. Coordinate payroll processes to ensure accuracy in monthly pay processing.
  7. Handle work passes and statutory surveys.
  8. Prepare regular HR reports and metrices.
  • Customer Service:
  1. Replying and responding to customers in social media.
  2. Interacting with customers on social media.
  3. Perform data entry into the respective systems in an accurate and timely manner.
  4. Get updates from warehouse on the delivery matters.
  5. Attend to customers’ requests or calls in a timely and professional manner.


What You Need to Have:

  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Human Resource/Business Management or its equivalent.
  • 1 to 3 years working experience in HR and customer service job function.
  • Strong communication skills and customer service.
  • Pleasant disposition and personality with cheerful character.
  • Familiar with labour regulations, related compliance and HR management practices.
