Responsibilities:
Handle day to day operations administrations in the major claims. This includes:
- Receiving incoming claims and sending the claims documents to Trusted Hub for scanning and workflow creation.
- Managing Claims Mailbox on e-claims submission and uploading the claims submission into claims platform for workflow creation.
- Printing medical reports from system and send out to hospital/clinics.
- Collecting claims cheques from Mail Room and update cheque records.
- Printing and scanning claims letter and sending out the hardcopy.
