Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description


1. Having 6 years (inclusive) to 10 years (exclusive) of experience in integrating construction site

management in civil engineering;

2. Have experience in compiling various specialized construction plans for civil engineering

projects, as well as compiling relevant documents such as change design technical negotiation

forms;

3. Having experience in various sub projects of civil engineering, including but not limited to

foundation, structure, secondary structure, foundation decoration engineering, fine decoration

engineering, actual construction management of exterior facade engineering, on-site process

promotion, progress execution and correction, labor execution and correction, on-site

construction personnel management, etc;

4. Having the relevant engineering management technology practice license in Singapore or

Chinese Mainland (Grade II constructor, safety production B certificate or civil construction

intermediate engineer or above) or Taiwan, China (quality control engineer, labor safety and

health engineer, etc.);

5. Have relevant substantive work experience in quality monitoring and execution, progress

monitoring and execution, safety responsibility production monitoring and execution of civil

engineering projects;

6. Have experience in applying for construction commencement procedures, compiling

construction process data, applying for completion procedures, and applying for property

certificates or building use licenses;

7. Having practical work experience of over 50000 square meters in technology factories,

electronic factories, or electronic related industry factories;

8. Can adapt to high-pressure workers.


Job requirements

1. Familiar with the compilation and review of pricing operation data for Party A on the

construction site;

2. Familiar with the compilation and review of pricing data for each subcontractor on the

construction site;

3. Familiar with the ability to compile and review relevant work such as engineering purchase

orders, engineering subcontracting plans, and engineering subcontracting requirements;

4. Strong coordination, communication, execution, organizational, and stress resistance skills;

5. Diligent in work, strong sense of responsibility, and willing to obey the work tasks assigned by

the project manager;

6. Educational requirements: College degree or above;

7. Familiar with operating computer software related to CAD or BIM;

8. Familiar with operating office computer software;

9. Have experience in directly managing a team of 2 or more people.
