We are hiring IT Executives for a Govt Org and you will be deployed to:

Location: Central & WestSalary: $2600 - $2900Duration: 5 years contractWorking hours: Mon - Fri: 8.30am - 6.00pm 

Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end IT troubleshooting support
  • Collate, analyze, and maintain data records
  • Manage IT assets, including storage and accounting of laptops
  • Coordinate with partners for stock take, maintenance & top-up of the centralized asset pool
  • Manage IT hardware tokens (e.g., IT cards)
  • Coordinate with service partners
  • Manage IT provisioning and conduct IT induction for new hires
  • Support the rollout of IT projects and initiatives
  • Facilitate authorization of IT configuration changes and account access rights
  • Educate and guide users on IT policies, processes, and responsibilities

Requirements

  • Min Nitec in IT with 1 year relevant experience
  • Singaporeans only
