In your role as a Barista, you will be an important part of our truly incredible barista team, as you delve into the engaging world of coffee-making; from preparing, and serving genuinely delectable coffee to creatively adorning your servings with beautiful latte art.

- Be trained and mentored, by our Senior Baristas- Learn to understand the differences between coffee beans, use of different brewing techniques and preparation machines- Learn how to maintain the coffee machines at optimum service level- Learn how to maintain inventories through the replenishment of coffee bean supply- Learn to pay close attention to details such as coffee blend, dairy type, and sugar ratio
Honestly, no experience is required so do not worry if you do not have any experience or training, for as long as you are genuinely keen to learn, grow and develop, you will fit right in as we have a long and positive track record of developing our entry-level / junior baristas into well-trained, experts in the art of coffee-making
