Key Roles & Responsibilities:

 

50% on clinical/T&E support

• Providing first-line clinical support for doctors in SG who have queries regarding case evaluation; record taking; communication with the technician; case setup modification and predictability; aligner troubleshooting and finishing of orthodontic cases

• Working closely with doctors who are new to the ClearCorrect system and providing additional support and assistance with general queries regarding aligner treatment planning and processes

• Conducting clinical training for doctors and their clinic support team

• Provide ongoing clinical updates and training to the internal sales and marketing teams and support any clinical queries that the sales team may encounter during their interactions with the doctors

• Working closely with the APAC Clinical Support Manager/National Sales Manager to provide ongoing feedback and updates from doctors and assist to develop clinical plans and strategies to ensure clinical success in the market

• Representing ClearCorrect at educational events and programs, medical meetings, conventions and exhibitions

 

50% on sales

  • Responsible to source, acquire, and develop new prospects and maintain and service the existing customer base to increase sales and marketing of all present and future Straumann product lines sold by the Company, as well other third party products that the company will carry from time to time.

 

  • Identify, research, and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business

 

  • Assesses the needs & resources of clients and recommend appropriate actions, goods and/or services.

 

  • Refer sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organisation so that they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands

 

  • Using the tools provided, prepare a variety of status reports as required by the Company. Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information and feedback gathered through field activities.

 

  • Train customers’ staff in the operation & maintenance of products and equipment.

 

  • Conduct Straumann Information & Referral evenings in accordance with the agreed KPI’s and National Business Manager guidelines

 

  • Travel as required within the assigned sales territory

 

 

Candidate Criteria:

Education:

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery, Graduate Doctor of Dentistry or equivalent

Hygienist might be ok as well

 

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years working in a dental clinic as a clinician

• Experience in treating patients with clear aligners or working in a corporate field with an aligner company is essential

• Additional experience working in a dental company is an advantage

 

Skills:

• Excellent level of English (both written and oral)

• Effective presentation and communication skills

• Confident team player with a ‘can do’ attitude

• Ability to build professional networks and strong relationships with accounts

• Passionate in sales and promoting the future of digital orthodontics
