We are seeking an experienced Senior SAS Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAS programming, data analysis, and reporting. With a proven track record of delivering high-quality, accurate, and efficient solutions, you will play a crucial role in supporting our analytics and data management projects. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and optimize SAS programs for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to support various analytics and reporting initiatives. Work closely with business analysts, data scientists, and other stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Create and maintain technical documentation, including data dictionaries, process flow diagrams, and other relevant materials. Implement best practices in SAS programming, ensuring code quality, efficiency, and adherence to established standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues, ensuring data integrity and consistency across various platforms. Conduct thorough testing and validation of SAS programs to ensure accuracy and reliability of results. Mentor and provide guidance to junior SAS developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in SAS programming and data management. Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in SAS programming, with a strong focus on data management, analytics, and reporting. Expertise in Base SAS, SAS Macro language, and SAS/STAT. Experience with various SAS modules, such as SAS/ACCESS, SAS/GRAPH, and SAS/SQL, is a plus. Proficiency in data manipulation, cleaning, and validation techniques. Strong understanding of database concepts, including SQL and relational databases. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience working in a collaborative team environment, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
