Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee all administrative tasks related to HR, encompassing recruitment, HR events, and policy management.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees. Conduct exit interviews and facilitate proper off-boarding process for departing employees.
- Coordinate and deliver comprehensive employee orientation and training programs.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of all HR records, including Employee P-files, employment contracts, HR forms, company letters, and appraisals, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Monitor and manage employee movement, leave usage and approvals in alignment with company policies.
- Ensure proper documentation and tracking of company assets in the HR system, including asset assignment and return by company staff.
- Handle all administrative tasks related to HR grants and support, actively seeking out opportunities for such assistance.
- Proactively address and escalate employee feedback and issues to management for resolution. Collaborate with the management team to uphold company HR policies and resolve discrepancies in HR matters.
- Plan and execute employee relations activities to foster company cohesion and morale.
- Represent the company at HR events such as career fairs and company tradeshows.
- Manage all platforms and external communication channels pertaining to HR, including LinkedIn.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to support company objectives, including participating in HR projects and initiatives aimed at promoting organizational development and employee engagement.
- Identify gaps in HR processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness continually.
- Stay abreast of employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and assisting with HR compliance matters, including manpower audits and updates to MOM.
- Provide timely and comprehensive reporting to management on HR-related metrics and information, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Articulate communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Prior experience in HR administration or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software applications.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks and responsibilities.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations is a plus.
- Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g., Payboy) is advantageous but not required.
