Your Role and Responsibilities
Ability to shape and lead transformation programs across regulated industries.
Business translation presentation skills
Experience working in a Product Squad, Startup or cross-functional team.
A bias to collaboration
Adept at translating between deeply technical and business level documentation

Required Technical Expertise7+ years experience with Adobe Platforms, with over 4 specialising in AEM 6.x. including components, templates, taxonomy, metadata management, replication, workflows, tagging, analytics, dispatcher, deployment(Maven) and content migration/ planning.5+ years’ experience in Java 8+Strong Java / JVM skills requiredVery strong with concepts of OSGi, Apache Sling, Apache Sightly, Apache OakGood understanding of AEM capabilities including Multi-site manager and Blueprints and the use of Online marketing components such as advanced targeting/personalization, and multi-variate testingUnderstand and implement best practices for Accessibility, SEO, URL management, Security, Performance and Responsive architectureGood understanding of integration patterns and content-centric application development patterns using AEM Search, Commerce package or other platformsProficient knowledge of the end to end content lifecycle, web content management, content publishing/deployment, and delivery processesImplemented Quality Delivery pipelineMastery of all core web and Java technologies including java 8 onwards, JEE, understanding of SOLID design principles and web services development using Restful implementationsStrong background in Linux/Unix AdministrationAbility to use a wide variety of open source technologies and cloud servicesA working understanding of code and script (Java, Ruby, NodeJS, BashContinuous Integration and Continuous Deployment Tools (Jenkins or Bamboo or Similar)Worked with GIT / StashKnowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always-up, always-available serviceExperience working in an Agile environment (Scrum / Kanban)Work autonomously
Preferred ExpertiseWorked to streamline Code Quality using SonarQube, Code reviews (Manual and Automated), code Formatters, Automation testing etc.Understanding of frontend technologies like React, Handlebars, CSS3, HTML 5 is a nice to haveExperience with Cloud such as AWS/GCP / RedhatExperience in RPA/Automation/configuration management using either Puppet, Ansible, Salt Stack, Docker

Any Graduate with 5+ years experience.
