Responsibilities
Reporting to the CFO, this is a newly created, multi-faceted role where you will play an instrumental role in evaluating new M&A activities, including financial modelling, financial/ commercial due diligence, deal structuring and post-acquisition value enhancement.

Requirements
Ideally, you are an Investment professional with at least 5 years of experience in the data centre, real estate, investment management and/or private equity real estate space. Armed with a strategic and perceptive mind, you will be described as commercial, adaptable and a strong business partner.
