Tasks & responsibilities

  1. Manage and execute restructuring and insolvency engagements such as bankruptcy, liquidation, judicial management, scheme of arrangements;
  2. Compliance of all statutory and/or regulatory requirements of the assignments;
  3. Work closely with management to create value for clients in high-stakes, distressed restructuring situations;
  4. Analyse financial information and business requirements to produce turnaround strategies; and
  5. Produce high-quality reports, updates and presentations to stakeholders.

Qualifications & experience

  1. Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, CA or equivalent professional qualification
  2. Candidates with a minimum of 2 years of insolvency and restructuring experience will be considered for the senior associate position
  3. Strong commmuication and writing skills
  4. Willing to travel (where possible).
