Telco+, is a joint initiative (created as a new Strategic Business Unit) between Singtel and NCS to help telcos address their transformation needs to evolve into future digital telcos. The aim is to help telcos improve on operational efficiency and leverage insights-driven data to deliver enhanced customer experiences as well as to provide them enhanced capabilities to serve their enterprise customer segments. With the combined capabilities of Singtel and NCS’ expertise in digital and technology services, the new SBU has bold ambitions to be the service provider of choice for Telcos around the Asia Pacific and Middle East in helping them to re-invent themselves.

 

What we seek to accomplish together: 

 

The Client Delivery Lead ensures quality delivery of all projects by Telco+ to our clients in the Media, Entertainment & Technology industry vertical. He/she will partner with the Client Service Lead to bring together Telco+ offerings to solve the key client’s most critical business needs and bring value-add services to ensure they succeed. The Client Delivery Lead has responsibilities that encompass managing business value, establishing and maintaining professional relationships with clients and stakeholders and leading multifunctional project teams.

 

Responsibilities

 

You will act as the single point of contact for the key client on all project delivery and managed services delivery matters. Beyond projects and operational delivery matters, you are also expected to:

 

  • Client Account delivery lead across all the projects within the account. Ensure delivery timeliness, quality, client relationships and project financials health.
  • Ideate solutions using technology and process changes;
  • Create growth opportunities by considering the feasibility and sustainability of these opportunities and the core capabilities of NCS.
  • Direct the right team across different Lines of Business (LOBs) to drive revenue, quality and customer satisfaction targets and ensure delivery.
  • Manage client account escalations, risks and issue until resolution.
  • Accountable for the delivery services of the client’s account and needs to be involved in the delivery of the programs that you are responsible for.
  • Building relationships with Client executives. Ensure customer satisfaction.

 

A little about you

 

  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline
  • Minimum 10 years of experience leading complex and large-scale system integration projects, providing consultancy to media, entertainment & technology accounts. 
  • Process broad business acumen and deep industry knowledge, and to use this knowledge to develop/enhance client relationships.
  • Proven track record in assuming overall responsibility and managing large projects in key client industry
  • Process ‘hands-on’ knowledge, vast exposure and wealth of experience within vendor and user environment, coupled with a driven and self-motivated personality.
  • Ability to lead and develop long-term relationship with customers during business development and project delivery
  • Deep experience in Professional Services organization setup, especially in working driving client engagements and delivering projects.
  • Strong collaboration and teaming experience, and ability to work with both senior leadership as well as operational and working level executives.
  • Excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills - capable of dealing with people across all levels of a large, complex, fast moving organisation with constant transformation to stay market relevant.
