Job Scope :•

Washing of common and handicap toilets to maintain hygiene standards for residential and visitors’ use.

Sweeping and mopping of management office to ensure cleanliness.

• Cleaning and wiping of security counter.

• Sweeping and mopping of building floor areas such as lift lobbies, carpark and ramp area rubbish.

• Wiping of lift panels, glass panels and letterboxes and ensure they are free of dirt and grime.

• Clearing the common rubbish bins and washing the bin center surrounding area, rubbish bins and bin chambers.

• Sweeping the tennis court, ball court and table tennis area.

• Area compound cleaning to maintain cleaning standards

.• Cleaning and packing of cleaning equipment for next day usage.

• Informing any matters/feedback to the supervisor when necessary.

• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements :

• Applicants without experience are welcomed to apply• Able to work OT hours, including weekends and public holiday.• Willing to work as a team• Prior cleaning experience in a condominium will be an added advantage.
