Our client is one of the largest and most prominent business groups in the Middle East, with a strong presence in various industries. They are committed to expanding their health care portfolio. They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Aesthetics to lead the establishment of a cutting-edge Aesthetics centre in the United Arab Emirates.

Job Description

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan for the Aesthetics centre, including market analysis, competitive positioning, and revenue projections.

Business Establishment: Build the Aesthetics centre from the ground up, ensuring compliance with local regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices.

Financial Management: Take ownership of the Aesthetics Centre's Profit and Loss (P&L), focusing on profitability and cost management.

Market Knowledge: Utilise your extensive knowledge of the health care industry in the UAE to identify growth opportunities, target markets, and potential partnerships.

Entrepreneurial Mindset: Exhibit a strong entrepreneurial spirit to drive innovation, create unique value propositions, and adapt to market dynamics.

Clinical Expertise: While not required, a background in a clinical field (e.g., dermatology or plastic surgery) is highly desirable to ensure the highest quality of care.

Network Building: Leverage your established connections within the UAE health care sector to forge strategic alliances, source talent, and enhance the centre's reputation.

Team Leadership: Recruit, manage, and inspire a high-performing team, including medical professionals, administrative staff, and support personnel.

The Successful Applicant

Proven experience in establishing and managing health care businesses from inception.

Strong financial acumen and the ability to manage a P&L effectively.

Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of successful business development.

In-depth knowledge of the health care landscape in the UAE.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and nurture relationships.

Clinical background (e.g., MD or equivalent) is a plus.

Exceptional leadership and decision-making abilities.
