Job Descriptions

Inventory Management: Keeping track of all products and materials in the warehouse. This involves accurate record-keeping, using inventory management software, and conducting regular audits to ensure the physical inventory matches the records.

Receiving and Dispatching: Overseeing the receiving of new shipments and ensuring they match the accompanying documentation. Also, coordinating the dispatch of products to customers or other locations.

Order Fulfilment: Managing the picking and packing process to fulfil customer orders accurately and efficiently. This may involve working closely with the sales or customer service team to prioritize orders.

Quality Control: Checking the quality of incoming and outgoing products to ensure they meet the required standards. Reporting any damaged or defective items and working with suppliers or manufacturers to resolve issues.

Space Management: Optimizing the use of warehouse space to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of items. This includes organizing stock, implementing shelving systems, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Communication: Collaborating with other departments, such as procurement, sales, and customer service, to ensure smooth operations. Providing regular updates on inventory levels and addressing any issues that may arise.

Job Requirements

•       Working hours: 9am to 6pm.

•       5 working days per week.

•       Able to start within short notice period.

•       Able to speak English and Chinese  (need to communicate with Chinese suppliers and freight forwarders)

•       Basic of logistics, with working knowledge of warehousing, receiving, and shipping functions. We have provide traning and leaning skill.

•       Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office applications, especially in Excel

•       Strong interpersonal and communication skills

•       A team player, willing to work with the team to learn and improve skills, resourceful, and able to work independently and in a team.

Salary Range

SGD 2,300 – 2,800
