Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Administrative Intern to join our team. As one of the top providers of highly qualified tutors across Singapore, we handle a high volume of enquiries and assignments daily. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our day-to-day administrative operations.

Salary: $1200 - $1500 per month

Responsibilities:

• Perform basic data entry and post new tuition assignments on various channels.

• Liaise with tutors to complete their profiles accurately.

• Contact parents to verify details and inform them about our tuition centre classes.

• Send out confirmation emails and invoices.

• Follow up with existing clients regarding queries or feedback.

• Handle ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a relevant administrative role.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant will be a plus.

• Fluent in English

• Able to work 4 Weekdays and 1 Weekend

• Do not require a work visa to work in Singapore
