Manage petty cash float.

  • Schedule Safe Keeping of all Income collection from Temple Counter.
  • Verify the daily income collection against daily summary report from tiru/monthly

I&E.

  • Check details
  • write bank in slips.
  • Bank in the daily income collections according to agreed schedule.
  • Prepare Vendors/Wedding refund cheques and issue them accordingly with proper signatory/approval from Exco/MC assigned
  • Assist

In Undial Counting.

  • Prepare staff salary/bonus/other payments cheques.
  • Update Excel
  • All Payments & income (tracking sheet).
  • Update Chairman on daily cash balances.
  • Maintain a index of all printed receipts books.
  • Update daily income, payment and other details into accounting software.
  • To liaise with Refulgence Inc (TIRU) in the event of any disruptions to POS.
  • Ensure all documents, supporting payment slips are filed orderly.
  • Prepare/Track transactions of receivable and payment of special events/festivals on Treasurer request.
  • Assist Internal audits
  • prepare supporting docs as per treasurer's request.
  • Update and seek approval from Treasurer on all procurements.
  • Assist Treasurer to validate supporting documents/evaluation during Audit.
  • Pre Inspection of Wedding Hall/dining

Area/Toilets/Changing Room cleaning and maintenance before handing over to Applicant/Deco provider).

  • Storage and Scheduling of Curtain laundry when deemed necessary.
  • Management and Tracking of Wedding Deco
  • Caterer's list/Contracts and Deposit Payments.
  • Management of wedding applicants visits/bookings/updating of bookings/filing etc.
  • Management and Tracking of Wedding/Other events bookings/trigger refund with supporting doc to staff/suppliers.
  • Management and Tracking of all events 3rd partys bookings
  • banana tree/thoranams/table arrangements/PA provider etc.
  • Management of Wedding Refund/Correspondence payment to suppliers,staff and other providers.
  • Management and Tracking of Wedding Hall/Lounge inventories/toiletries are replenished.
  • Scheduling PA representative and Cleaners for wedding.
  • Ensure barricades and signages are displayed prior to the wedding.
  • Ensure caterers dispose the waste according to NEA conditions.
  • Ensuring all deco and other items are cleared ontime from Wedding Hall,dining and

Other Areas.

  • Ensure all tables and chairs are stacked up in orderly manner and area cleaned up after every wedding/covers are placed for TV and Speakers.
  • Post Inspection of Wedding Hall/dining

Area/Toilets/Changing Room cleaning and maintenance/Report any damages to property. Manage Wedding Hall enquiry.
