In your new role you will:

  • Be part of the creation, modification and prioritization of sales and marketing plans, taking into account existing orders for the next 6 months and in consultation with the business demand planner
  • Involved in solving the logistics aspects within task forces for product and production problems 
  • Participate in projects related to supply chain processes & tools, and change management 
  • Make use of production flexibility within the local SCM organization and across divisions with other capacity alignment planners
  • Assist to improvise the business processes and reporting enhancement

Internship learning outcomes: 
  • Understand and gain insights on Infineon's complex supply chain processes
  • Identify the potential gap and implement the workaround solution to improve productivity and efficiency
  • To apply business process knowledge into actual situations
Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • On track to attain Bachelor or diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer science Business focused with strong planning, coordination, analytical skills 
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal), time management and organizational skills
  • Additional skills in AI knowledge in Tableau, Machine learning, Python, SQL will be advantage
