Responsibilities

·            Responsible for the full payroll functions of selected companies

·            Provide support in leave administration, employee benefits administration, medical claims, work pass applications, WICA, etc.

·            Support the consolidation of HR reports / analysis for the Group and generate statistical reports as and when required

·            Supervise and ensure proper maintenance and control of employees’ data

·            Provide end to end recruitment support for all levels of staff, including job advertisement positing, screening and interview scheduling

·            On-boarding preparation and orientation

·            Managing employee relations, such as grievance handling, disciplinary issues and attending to feedbacks or complaints

·            Managing employee exit in a sensitive manner during exit clearance and interviews in preparation for off-boarding

·            Assist in ad-hoc HR Project and any other assigned duties

 

Requirement

·            Certificate or Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent

·            Minimum 1- 2 years of related working experience

·            Excellent interpersonal and communication skills / easily connects with people

·            Knowledge in payroll software, those with knowledge in using of InfoHRIS would be an added advantage

·            Working knowledge of labor regulations and statutory guidelines

·            Self-motivated, able to multi-task and work with minimum supervision

·            Meticulous, resourceful with a positive work attitude
