Working Hours: Monday to Friday( 8.30 a.m. to 5.30p.m. / 2.15pm to 10.45pm)

Full Time Role

Job Scope:

  • Ensure invoices are sorted in good order for shipping documents preparation
  • Prepare and manage shipping pre-alerts, dealer shipment reports, freight billing for export shipments
  • Update monthly shipment report
  • Manage and update CRM freight bill reporting
  • CRM Freight Billing grief management
  • Issue credit/debit note on freight billing discrepancy
  • Coordinating with vendors, internal and external customers in ensuring smooth execution of shipments
  • Liaising with service providers/NVOCC on BL and tax invoice accuracy
  • Provide support on additional tasks required for special / emergency outbound shipments
  • Support on SPM GTS processing when required
  • Support shipment booking and liaise with Operations/transporter on empty container movement when required
  • Troubleshoot and resolve billing grief (if any)
  • Manage shipping documents archiving
  • Any other tasks as and when assigned by Supervisor

Requirements:

  • Min Diploma
  • Min 1 year of working experience in supply chain or related.
  • Familiar with shipping Incoterms and good knowledge of export customs procedures
  • Possess knowledge in dangerous goods management and transportation
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills- IT savvy and proficiency in using MS Office (Words, Excel, Powerpoint), SAP
