  • Performance Monitoring:

  • Risk Management Support:

    • Collaborate with the risk management team to develop models and tools for assessing and managing trading risks.
    • Monitor real-time trading activities and flag potential risks using predictive analytics.

  • Technology & Tools Development:

    • Work with the technology team to automate data collection, processing, and reporting tasks.
    • Develop algorithms and scripts to streamline data analysis processes.

  • Collaboration & Communication:

    • Communicate findings and insights to cross-functional teams, including traders, risk managers, and senior management.
    • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve trading strategies and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Skills & Experience:

    • Knowledge of financial markets and trading platforms is highly desirable.
    • Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail (Excel worksheet)
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
    • Strong communication skills to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous experience in a proprietary trading firm or financial institution.
  • Familiarity with trading algorithms and risk management practices.
