This role offers an excellent opportunity for legal professionals with a background in real estate, EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction), and M&A to transition into a high-growth and exciting industry. The position is ideal for those looking to contribute to an established, collegial team within a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide legal advice and support across various business units, focusing on real estate, EPC, and M&A transactions.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including those related to construction, procurement, and property transactions.
  • Advise on regulatory compliance and manage potential legal risks associated with the company's operations.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including senior management, to support business objectives.
  • Manage external legal counsel as needed to ensure alignment with the company's legal strategy.
  • Participate in due diligence activities and contribute to the successful completion of corporate transactions.

Key Requirements:
  • Qualified lawyer with min 5 years (candidates with higher PQE welcome to apply) of post-qualification experience (PQE).
  • Strong experience in real estate, EPC, and M&A, preferably within the digital infrastructure, technology, or related sectors.
  • Proven ability to manage complex legal matters and provide pragmatic solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a collegial team setting.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Availability to commit to a 6 to 12 months contract, with the potential for extension based on business needs.
