ENSURE SMOOTH DAILY OPERATION AND SERVICE DELIVERY DURING THE BREAKFAST AND HAPPY HOUR

  • Organize with kitchen, get ready to pick up food and set up for Breakfast and Happy Hour.
  • Ensure that the buffet spread is set up as per the standard requirement. Check on the food quality and food display.
  • Replenish food and drinks, serving guests and clearing the tables
  • Practice proper hygiene standards based on HACCP recommendations.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the lounge.
  • Check stock and re-ordering stocks
  • Maintain cleanliness of the pantry, gym, chillers and fridges.
  • Report defects through KnowCross
  • Planning and delivery of VIP amenities and ensuring operational efficiency
  • Take care of the meeting room, assist to set up when meeting room is booked.
  • Develop and maintain strong guest relationships to ensure guest loyalty
  • Handle guest issues when needed
  • Meet, greet, rooming and service of all VIP guests

PROVIDE A GUEST EXPERIENCE THAT EXCEEDS GUESTS’ EXPECTATIONS

  • Ensure LQA service standards are in practice as set by the hotel at all times
  • Ensure operations are in order, guests assistance required is rendered accordingly and colleague’s service standards are met
  • Consistently offer professional, engaging and friendly service
  • Lead a Heartist® approach to guest experience/service with the team

INVOLVEMENT AS A MEMBER OF THE FRONT OFFICE TEAM

  • Ensure grooming standard set by the hotel at all times
  • Ensure work areas are adequately stocked and inventory properly recorded and maintain good housekeeping of work areas
  • Efficient usage and upkeep of communication tools and equipment to enhance productivity of workflow
  • Ensure department compliance with safety and security procedures at all times

Qualifications:

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ level or equivalent
  • Outstanding guest interaction, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good decision making skills
  • Read, write and speak English fluently
  • Must have a friendly and engaging service attitude
  • Posses good guest relations skills
