Health Attendant

Duties:

• Assist elderly residents with their personal hygiene, eg. oral care, bathing, toileting.
• Assist in ambulating, turning and positioning residents.
• Change bedlinen.
• Serve meals to the residents and assist in feeding. Clean up after meals.
• Engage residents in recreational and social activities.
• Perform general housekeeping to maintain cleanliness of the general ward, pantry, treatment room and equipment, eg. bath trolley, commodes.

Requirements:

• Must be physically fit to assist the frail elderly.
• A good team player.
• On-the-Job Training provided. Candidates with ITE Skills Certificate in Healthcare will assume higher post and pay.
• Part-time 4 days per week. Able to do shift work (7-3, 1-9)

Salary will commensurate with work experience and qualifications.

• Expected salary: $1,800 - $2,200 per month
