IT Executive

Investment Company of the People’s Republic of China (Singapore) Pte Ltd (中国华新投资有限公司) is a fully owned subsidiary of the People’s Bank of China, which acts as the Central Bank in the People’s Republic of China. Our Company manages a part of foreign exchange reserve within the scope authorized by the People’s Bank of China, undertakes and transacts various kinds of investment businesses.

Job Description:

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure components (servers, networks, devices)

• Administer user accounts and access controls for various systems

• Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures

• Perform configuration, maintenance, updates, and patches on systems, servers and application

• Perform regular system monitoring to ensure optimal performance, security and system uptime

• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues effectively and efficiently

• Provide technical support and guidance to users, including training and troubleshooting assistance

• Collaborate with IT and cross-functional departments to implement new technologies and solutions

• Implement backup and recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and minimize downtime

• Participate in IT projects and initiatives, such as system upgrades, migrations, and integrations

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in IT (1-5 Years of relevant experience preferred)

• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows or Linux) and hardware

• Experience with virtualization technologies (Hyper-V or VMWare)

• Ability to multitask, work well under pressure and being good Team Player

• Excellent problem solving ability and able to resolve technical issues independently

• Good communications and interpersonal skills and drive for operational excellence

• Basic Networking Knowledge and Security concept

Good to Have Skill:

• Microsoft Products (Windows Server, AD, Exchange)

• Docker, Kubernetes, Oracle Database, Websphere MQ, Rabbit MQ

• Programming languages or scripting such as PowerShell, HTML, Javascript, SQL, EXCEL VBA
