As an integral part of the Store Development Team, the successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Store Development.

The essential responsibilities of the incumbent include:

Handle negotiation for leases renewals or terminations
Process and follow up on all lease documents to ensure its completion; update leasing reports and schedules
Liaise with the Landlord / Clients representatives on all leasing matters including reports, seeking approvals and feedback
Conduct site visits and inspections from time to time
Preparing summary and updates for the management meeting
Any other roles/duties as assigned

Formal Education & Certification

Degree / Diploma in Real Estate, Marketing, Leasing, Property Management, Business or equivalent

Knowledge & Experience

Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
Possesses excellent customer service, negotiation, interpersonal, and written skills
Possesses positive work attitude, drive, and resilience to meet job challenges
Ability to multi-task effectively and work independently
Well-versed in Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Word PowerPoint etc.)
Help and support in the general day-to-day running of the office
Meticulous, well-organized, and able to prioritize workload
