Specific Responsibilities

-To assist with the execution of projects in general based on the client's requirement

– Work closely with the company management and manage tasks

– Create and maintain necessary project mgmt docs (Excel, charts, schedules, follow-up with the external vendor.)

– Survey methodologies and designing of the project. Setup and operations.

– Manage data set and survey operations.

– Organize, plan and execute within the timeline of the project. Including data management procedures.

– Be helpful and learn to manage together as a team. Build rapport.

 

Requirements:

– Able to work independently and to work within the project schedule

– 5 day/week, 10am to 630pm. (WFH arrangements will be in place once you settle in)

– Good office environment and near MRT. Local SME, bond and work together.

– Training will be provided, good job to gain experience. Learn to have good co-ordinating skills.

 

Competencies

1. Self-independence, work with min-supervision.

2. Engage with stakeholders and conduct internal discussion, able to plan and execute.

3. Good organization skills, meticulousness, and proficiency in Excel.

4. Logic thinking, plan ahead.

 

Duration of internship:

1. 3 months min to 6 months
