Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily book-keeping and filing for company and intercompany transactions

  • Provide support in Account Payables and Receivables Function, General Ledger, Account Reconciliation, etc.

  • Support finance meetings by generating financial reports for presentations

  • Assist in preparing statutory and internal tax and regulatory filing, audits, procedures and forms 

  • Participate in automation and digitalization projects to improve financial insights and reporting processes

  • Provide any other support as required by the supervisor

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualifications

  • Basic accounting experience is preferred

  • Good knowledge of computer skills (MS Office, MS Excel, Google Drive, etc.) and accounting software will be advantageous

  • Fast, meticulous, organized and detail-oriented 

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as a team player
