Operations Associate

Position Overview:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our team. This role will primarily involve handling customer enquiries, providing administrative support, and ensuring smooth operations during the weekend hours, from Friday afternoon to Sunday.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information regarding products/services, pricing, and company policies.
• Assist with schedule processing, ensuring all sessions are completed promptly.
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Coordinate with other departments to address customer issues and escalate as necessary.
• Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or administrative support preferred. (min. 1 year)
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
