Process Automation: Assist & Analysis Intern

As a Assist & Analysis Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in driving the growth and expansion of our products and services under Process Automation Business unit which comprises of Distributed Control System, Industrial Communication and Instrumentation portfolio. This internship will provide valuable exposure to the Industrial automation sector, as well as insight into the business development process within a dynamic and innovative company. The ideal candidate required shall be a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for technology, business, Sales, eager to learn and contribute to our Business initiatives.

Internship Highlights:

1. Market Research and Analysis:

• Assist in conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential customers within the Industrial automation sector.

• Analyze market data and competitive landscapes to support business development strategies and decision-making.

2. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

• Support the business development team in identifying and qualifying potential leads through various channels, including online research and networking events.

• Help maintain a database of leads and opportunities, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

3. Client Communication and Engagement:

• Assist in preparing and delivering communications, including emails, presentations, and proposals, to clients and prospects.

• Collaborate with the business development team to coordinate client meetings, demonstrations, and follow-up activities.

4. Sales Support and Administration:

• Provide administrative support to the business development team, including organizing meetings, scheduling appointments, and managing documents and files.

• Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

5. Learning and Development:

• Actively participate in training sessions, workshops, and meetings to enhance knowledge of relevant technologies, industry trends, and sales techniques.

• Seek opportunities for professional growth and development, taking initiative to learn new skills and contribute to projects and initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in any forms of Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Strong interest in technology, business development, and sales.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.

• Prior internship or work experience in business development, sales, or a related field is a added advantage.
