This role is prioritised for students from Singapore-based educational institutions who are pursuing a software engineering related degree.Thank you for your interest in joining the Red Airship team as an intern.You’ll be a part of our development team and experience working with different frameworks, testing tools, CI/CD pipelines and collaborate closely with our designers and other developers.Help us build the most joyful product development team in Asia.We are looking for individuals who love working with people and software to solve challenging problems and be part of a workplace built on openness and joy.
About Red AirshipRed Airship is a growing Singapore-based company focusing on designing and developing custom software for SMEs and MNCs in finance, banking, e-commerce, business, social, and the arts. RequirementsSpecific Responsibilities:Interns to be involved in:Pairing with the team lead on mobile projects with major financial companies in Singapore.Writing technical design documents to strengthen your system architecture design thinking.Writing automated tests and performing manual testing.Code review sessions.Participate and run Code Katas.Work closely with designers and business users.Team meetings and activities

Technical Skills and Competencies Intern will learn during the Internship:Swift, reactive programming, iOS frameworks, Typescript, ReactJs, Redux, Jest, Cordova, Node, Git, Npm, Gitlab, Invision, Zeplin, Slack, Jira, PhpStorm. As the team works with a wide range of technologies, the specific language you pick up would depend on your interest and who you will be pairing with.Software engineering fundamentals, Agile and Test-driven development.How to engage business users professionallyDomain knowledge in the finance industry
