  • Job Overview:As a member of the Central Kitchen Chef, you will be responsible for the preparation and production of menu items according to standardized recipes. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment to meet production targets. For this position, you will be working in Non-Halal kitchen, handling raw Fish, Beef and Pork.Responsibilities:Food Preparation:
  • In charge of the preparation of ingredients and components for menu items following established recipes and portion sizes
  • Production Efficiency:
    • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and timely production of menu items.
    • Follow production schedules to meet the demands of franchise locations.
    Quality Control:
    • Adhere to quality control measures to ensure consistency and compliance with brand standards.
    • Participate in regular quality checks of ingredients and finished products.
    Cleanliness and Sanitation:
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area, following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
    • Contribute to the overall cleanliness and hygiene of the central kitchen.
    Team Collaboration:
    • Communicate effectively with other members of the central kitchen team.
    • Assist in cross-functional tasks as needed to support the overall efficiency of the kitchen.
    Requirements:
    • Previous experience in a kitchen or food production environment is preferred.
    • Willingness to learn and follow standardized procedures.
    • Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment.
    • Strong work ethic and commitment to meeting production targets.
    • Ability to follow directions and execute tasks with attention to detail.
