Purpose of this role:

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following: 

• Lead as a key finance business partner to support Global Sourcing Team

• Support Global Sourcing Team on review & analysis on Purchase Price Variances (PPV) and funnels

• Support Value Engineering team in project costing and monitor delivery against the committed timeline. (VAVE)

• Work closely with Indirect Spend team to support and review on the Indirect Spend tracker

• Provide support on month-end closing and ad-hoc projects as assigned.

• Handle forecast and budget aspect of PPV/VAVE/Indirect Spend

• Lead costing activities for an overseas plant in terms of annual and ad-hoc product costing, review and maintenance of annual labor, overhead, OSP for standard cost roll at year-end.

• Support costing activities for SGP Plant in terms of annual and ad-hoc product costing, review and maintenance of annual labor, overhead, OSP for standard cost roll at year-end.

• Assist in calculation of quarterly E&O provision.

• Perform and support on the month-end closing activities relating to Project accounting.

• Establish and maintain Standard Operating Procedures/Processes for the tasks performed and ensure continuous efficiency improvement.

• Ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley legislation i.e. demonstrating an auditable system of controls sufficient to guarantee integrity of financial results.

• Ensure compliance of operations within area of concern with all relevant EHS regulatory requirement and SCIEX safety policies, procedures, and guidelines

• Other duties/ ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals

• Bachelor Degree, preferably with FP&A business partnering experience in Manufacturing or related fast-paced discipline

• Minimum 5 years of FP&A experience

• Good working knowledge on Manufacturing costing and Sourcing Operations and working experience in Oracle & HFM would be advantageous
