Create the best Louisa experience for customers and yourself by sharing the joys and things in life A Louisa baker/ barista is a fast, professional, and enthusiastic worker.Responsibilities include:• Take orders, prepare and serve food and beverages to customers• Do routine cleaning and maintain cleanliness in the store• Replenish items and ensure products are within the expiry period• Adhere to SOPs on all drinks, pastries and gourmet items to maintain the highest quality, consistent product standards• Attend to customers' queries and feedbacks to provide a positive customer experience• Adhere to SOPs for overall quality, safety and security, to ensure the safety of all partners during each shift• Contributes to positive team environment and constant communications with Manager on Duty• Fulfil any other relevant job duties assigned by Manager on Duty

Responsibilities for Baker• Open the bakery early in the morning/afternoon• Clean kitchen equipment and tools before use/after use• Weigh flour and other ingredients to prepare dough• Bake different bread/cake types• Adjust oven temperatures to ensure proper baking• Mix various ingredients to create fillings for cakes and pies • Track food supplies and place orders, as needed• Other Ah-hoc work whenever required• Familiarity with all professional kitchen equipment, including mixers, blenders and dough sheeter• Understanding of food safety practices• Excellent time-management skills

Requirements for Barista or Baker• 44 hours work week• Training will be provided if no experience• Shift work• Occasional OT required• Available to work flexible hours
