Personal Driver, Fleet Management

Responsibilities

1. Well versed with Singapore roads and landmarks.

2. Send vehicles to and fro workshops for maintenance and last mile delivery.

3. Act as reserve driver for ferrying of employees and senior executives as scheduled.

4. Ensure safety and comply with all the road & traffic rules while on duty.

5. Must be punctual in attendance and strictly maintain timing schedule.

6. Ensuring the cleanliness of the car and maintaining it in good condition through regular cleaning and routine maintenance.

7. Responsible for accurate recording of mileage and trips done.

8. Able to commit to work OT, including weekends and public holidays when required.

9. Other adhoc duties as assigned by the company.

Requirements

1. Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 license with zero demerit points. Candidate with experience in Class 4 driving will be considered.

2. Fluent in English.

3. Good interpersonal and communication skills.

4. Be responsible, able to exercise initiative in daily tasks, be committed and reliable with a sense of punctuality. positive work attitude is expected.
