TITLE: Analyst or Associate
REPORTS TO: Managing Director
LOCATION: Singapore

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: You will assist senior management and will receive broad-based exposure to all aspects of real estate investment and development. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
underwriting, feasibility studies, due diligence, business development, capital assemblage, joint venture negotiation, development management, asset management, debt, and dispositions.

PRIMARY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
New Business
\xe2\x96\xaa Evaluation, underwriting, due diligence, and closing of acquisitions and dispositions.
\xe2\x96\xaa Feasibility analysis, design, marketing and construction of development projects.
\xe2\x96\xaa Work closely with senior management and have extensive interaction with the real estate community.
\xe2\x96\xaa Prepare acquisition/development updates and coordinate reporting to shareholders/investors.
\xe2\x96\xaa Produce investment committee materials and assist senior management with investment committee presentations.

Project Execution/Asset Management
\xe2\x96\xaa Participate in the asset management of existing properties overseeing leasing, capital projects, tenant relations, investor relations and communications.
\xe2\x96\xaa Monitor project budgets and schedules for significant variances.
\xe2\x96\xaa Assist in the leasing of owned/managed assets.
\xe2\x96\xaa Facilitate the marketing of projects to investors including making certain that all project agreements are properly documented.
\xe2\x96\xaa Serve as liaison and monitor the flow of information regarding projects among interested parties including investors, market research personnel, construction groups and architects.
\xe2\x96\xaa Work closely with appropriate personnel to design and implement a marketing plan.
\xe2\x96\xaa Provide support for project design and site selection activities as needed.
\xe2\x96\xaa Serve as a member of various project teams as required to facilitate company needs.

EXPERIENCE:
\xe2\x96\xaa 2 to 5 years of buy side / acquisitions or development experience in a real estate investment or development firm
\xe2\x96\xaa Experience is for Singapore and or Vietnam deals/projects

EDUCATION:
\xe2\x96\xaa College diploma from accredited institution required.
\xe2\x96\xaa MBA/Master\'s degree strongly preferred.

SKILLS:
\xe2\x96\xaa Be fluent in English. Other languages such as Mandarin or other business language used in Southeast Asia would be a plus.
\xe2\x96\xaa Strong financial and analytical skills.
\xe2\x96\xaa Possess excellent interpersonal skills.
\xe2\x96\xaa Think creatively.
\xe2\x96\xaa Successfully manage a variety of tasks within a tight time schedule.
\xe2\x96\xaa Demonstrate strong initiative and ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
\xe2\x96\xaa Interact with employees, visitors, contractors and business partners.
\xe2\x96\xaa Compose business letters, expositions, summaries, and reports using proper formatting, punctuation, grammar, diction and style.
\xe2\x96\xaa Speak before an audience with confidence, using appropriate communication skills/style.
\xe2\x96\xaa Establish and maintain a cooperative working atmosphere.
\xe2\x96\xaa Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel software.
