  • Liaising with suppliers / vendors on orders
  • Sourcing, negotiate and procurement of materials
  • Audit check of machine and consumable at sites
  • Monitor on stock levels
  • Arranging of insurance for projects, vehicles and office
  • Prepare Service agreements and work order
  • Submission of grant applications
  • IT equipment and purchase of stationery
  • Vehicle purchase, road tax payments

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 year in procurement experience
  • Able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
  • Independent and meticulous
  • Experienced in sourcing, procurement, vendor management
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

Qualification:

  • Minimum O Level
