Key Responsibilities
- Qualify leads and delegating them to sales specialists.
- Supporting the sales team in administrative duties.
- Provide sales teams with key information on prospective clients.
- Nurture client relationships and provide after-sales support.
- Proactively identify opportunities to offer value-added products and services.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide tailored marketing materials.
- Administrative tasks and any other ad hoc tasks assigned
Key Requirements
- Diploma in Business or Marketing.
- Experience in sales coordination and/or customer support.
- Experience managing internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Basic marketing and content creation experience.
- Ability to speak minimally conversational Chinese is key as this role will require you to liaise with the China office.
- Immediate or short notices are advantageous.
