Kids Edutainment is a subsidiary of the Sim Leisure Group. Sim Leisure Group is a well-established designer, developer and operator of theme parks listed on the Singapore Exchange. The Group’s founder, Dato' Sim Choo Kheng, has more than 30 years of experience in the theme park and attractions industry, having designed, built and managed theme parks around the world.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Artistic Executive at KidZania Singapore. As an Artistic Executive, you will be responsible for performing the day-to-day operations of the Artistic Establishments and performances.

  • As an Artistic Executive, you are required to lead and perform the operations for performance for variable programs during festive seasons, product launches, marketing, sales, and/or any requirements that is required by the Management.
  • Ensure proper housekeeping and report any abnormalities within the assigned establishment. Maintain character while conducting role-play.
  • Make simple repairs and adjustments to the costumes when needed, and assist to send costumes to laundry as per schedule when needed.
  • Ensure safety and cleanliness of the Theatre, including Front of House, audience seats, stage, backstage and wings.
  • Ensure safekeeping of props and set and Back-to-one position before and after every show.
  • Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess qualification in Diploma, Degree or equivalent
  • Willing to work with a flexible schedule, including public holidays and weekends
  • Knowledge of instrument playing and choreography of dance is preferred
  • Ability to work well in a team with an outgoing and fun personality
  • Willingness to learn with a positive attitude
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in the entertainment or theme park industry is a plus
