Product Specialist

• Responsibilities

1. Review sales orders and generate purchase orders to suppliers while maintaining inventory within company goals
2. Handle changes in suppliers’ delivery schedules 
3. Ensure on-time delivery to customer from suppliers in a proactive manner
4. Exhaust all possibilities in obtaining product to satisfy critical customer requirements
5. Expand product knowledge to effectively support sales 
6. Purchase inventory to achieve maximum quantities at lowest possible costs
7. Ensure and maintains integrity of system information, including costs, schedules and packaging
8. Maintain and add part numbers to system
9. Manages and resolves price discrepancies with internal and external parties across various departments
10. Handles quality issues
11. Build good relationships with internal and external parties
12. Provides good service level to internal colleagues

Requirements

1. Min. Diploma or Degree holder with at least 3 years relevant experience in electronics components
2. Team player & able to communicate with all levels
3. Good attitude, responsible, diligent and willing to learn
4. Able to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast- paced environment
5. Proficient in MS Office Applications, especially MS Excel

• Expected salary: $3,000 - $3,700 per month
