Sales Admin Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Keeping track and record of stocks, sales and purchases
- Preparing and arranging invoices, delivery order
- Filing of documents, scanning, copy and arrangements
- Answering phone calls and general duties as assigned
- Liaising with service provides, export zones, shippers , courier companies
- Replying email enquiries and keeping record
Pre-requisites:
- Candidate with experience preferred but not necessary as training will be provided
- 5 days work week, full time long term permanent position.
- Min. Education Level : O level or equivalent
- Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative where applicable
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications (especially Word & Excel)
- Candidates who can start work immediately would be advantageous
