Pediatric clinic in Ang Mo Kio seeking a full time clinic assistant. Job responsibilities:• Prepare examinations rooms for patients visits• Assisting doctors for vaccination/chaperoning• Assist with patients scheduling and appointments reminder• Answer phone calls and attend to patients' inquiries• Perform administrative tasks such as filing and record keeping• Able to take on duties as assigned by the manager• Dispensing of medications and collecting payments• Stock and maintain inventory of medical supplies• Housekeeping and responsible for the cleanliness of the entire clinic facilitiesRequirements:• Minimum GCE N/“O’ level.• Must be able to commit to shift work and 1-weekend shift.• Experience in healthcare setting is preferred• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment• Basic computer skills• Good learning and service attitude is compulsory. Passionate in customer service.Schedule:Morning shift: 8.30am -12.30pmAfternoon shift: 12.30 pm- 4pmNight shift: 4 pm - 8.30pmWeekend shift: 8.30am - 12.30pm
